All journeys include guided experience days, activity insurance and selected route entries. With Shine transport, vehicle, driving and fuel are included. On 3/5-day journeys, choose each end in Chapada or Cuiabá/CGB; CGB pick-up/return is included only where selected, with light guided arrival/departure time. With your own vehicle (1/3/5 days), you arrange the car, driving and fuel; multi-day arrival/departure accompaniment is selected independently. One-day journeys include no lodging: meet Andrea in Chapada or choose a complete Cuiabá/CGB day. Both multi-day categories include two or four nights at Meraki and breakfast. Lunch is included only at Paraíso, Aroe Jari and Águas do Cerrado. All attraction and lookout entries you select are included in the confirmed total, with no second entry payment at the visit. Your proposal lists your exact inclusions and chosen extras.

There are different paces, from easy walks and waterfall stops to the challenging 15 km São Jerônimo trek. The climbing experience welcomes first-timers and active climbers, with Joca’s equipment and instruction. Tell Andrea about your activity level and your group so she can recommend a suitable route.

Yes. Choose one signature experience for a 1-day journey or the central day of a 3-day stay. For five days, choose three experiences from different families. Andrea checks which combinations fit your schedule, interests and current conditions. Sunset lookouts and cultural stops can be arranged where timing allows.

Prices and payment are in Brazilian reais (BRL). Any USD amount is approximate, using the dated PTAX sell reference shown in your quote. Pay 50% of the base price at booking and 50% on arrival. Andrea confirms availability, the payment method and the final amount for each payment before you book. Any applicable payment costs are disclosed in advance and apply only to the portion paid by that method, without duplicate charges. Confirmation depends on availability and receipt of the deposit.

Andrea confirms the methods available for your booking: Wise for international transfers; Stripe for foreign-issued cards remotely; InfinitePay for cards in person in Brazil and Brazilian-issued cards by payment link; Pix and cash in reais by arrangement. Foreign-issued cards do not offer instalments. Brazilian-issued credit cards may offer up to 12 instalments, subject to approval and confirmed terms. Card instalments do not change the 50% at booking / 50% on arrival deadlines. Wise uses its own exchange rate and costs; your bank may also charge currency conversion or other fees. Transfers must be credited by the due date, so allow time for processing.

Yes. Share the number of travellers, ages where relevant, interests and any mobility or dietary needs. Andrea arranges suitable transport, room configurations and activities. We welcome up to 12 travellers. The calculator estimates common arrangements up to 12 and checks vehicle seats and room capacity. Climbing above 4, special accommodation and arrangements outside the available fleet or capacity need a tailored proposal.

Andrea reviews your flights before confirming arrival, departure and any airport day trip. Access, swimming and climbing depend on local and weather conditions; routes may be adapted. Activity insurance is included in the package price. Andrea confirms the policy and coverage for your dates before booking; individual cover is arranged before the activity.
